![]() This grant and other funds secured for this project enable the museum to begin Roof Project Part I, to repair our leaking roof with green technology materials, building on the premise that an environmentally sustainable building and operational practices are sustainable institutional practices. Fund raising now begins for Part II of our Roof Project which will include solar panels, wind turbines & a roof observation area, designed to save us approx 50% of our utility bills, and provide unique exciting energy efficient visitor “green programs”. |
